Careers at Roxbury Latin
Roxbury Latin’s size of about 300 boys and 70 adults means that we enjoy an intimate community. We all—students, faculty, and staff—know each other well, and work cooperatively. Adults and boys here expect much from themselves and from one another, and the rewards of that collective enterprise are rich, and many. Roxbury Latin offers top salaries and benefits to its faculty and staff. In addition to compensating its faculty and staff honorably, the school offers a range of benefits including comprehensive insurance coverage (including health insurance provided by Cigna) and retirement plans; generous paid time off; robust and wide-ranging professional development opportunities, both on and off campus; lunch provided each day; and the full use of campus fitness facilities. Roxbury Latin is easily accessible by public transportation.
An equal opportunity employer, the school is fully committed to attracting, retaining, and developing the most qualified employees without regard to their race, gender, color, age, nation of origin, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
