Special collections housed in the Great Hall include: publications by and about Roxbury Latin School alumni, trustees, faculty, and staff; books relating to the School’s history and Boston’s history; collections of Civil War and naval history works; and the Greek and Latin library owned by the 19th-century British novelist Anthony Trollope.
Each year the School receives donations of books and articles written by or about alumni, trustees, and faculty, as well as books pertaining to the history of the School.
To look at these and other items in our alumni book collection, visit the Follet Destiny online catalog. The catalog is searchable by title, keyword, subject, or author. The school has over 1200 books by or about alumni and the history of the School, and we are always eager to have more. Please contact librarian Chris Heaton if you know of any published works by or about alumni, trustees, or faculty.
