16 RL artists honored in state-wide competition

Sixteen RL students received honors, including six Silver Key awards, in the annual Globe Scholastic Art Awards. In total, more than 13,000 pieces of artwork from students across the state were submitted for judging in 13 categories.

Student work that received a “Gold Key” or “Silver Key” rating will be displayed at the Massachusetts State Transportation Building, 10 Park Plaza, Boston, from Monday, Feb. 11 – Friday, April 19. The Awards Ceremonies will be held Sunday, March 3, 2013, at the John Hancock Hall, 180 Berkeley St., Boston.
